Use

30-day performance and endurance cure:

Cétoprot: For sport, as an effort drink, CétoProt will accompany you on all your runs. Proteins, mineral salts, amino acids make it an exceptional product.

It can also be taken as an alternative to a meal. Its role is to reduce hunger and allow you to “skip” a meal, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

In the form of a mini cure, for example 3 days of the week you eat no meal but, at each feeling of hunger, you drink CétoPro Maiday (3 to 4 doses per day).

Recovery: Mix one dose of Maiday Recovery (88 grams, approx. 8 scoops) with 300 ml of water. Drink Maiday Recovery as soon as possible after exercise, ideally within 45 minutes. For optimum recovery, eat a balanced meal within 2 hours. Maiday Recovery contains no gluten.

Daily consumption: 1 dose per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Take Boost 15 minutes before reaching your “Wall”, in other words, before reaching the predictable slump.
